  • We will respond with instructions on how to proceed with the replacement process.

2. Replacement with a Different Product

  • If the same product is not available for replacement, we will offer you the option to select a different product from our store of equivalent value.
  • Please browse our store and inform us of your alternative selection so we can process the replacement.
  • If the chosen alternative product is of a lesser value, we will adjust the difference accordingly.

Additional Information:

  • All digital products must be returned in the condition you received them. Access credentials or digital files must be deactivated and removed from any devices before a replacement is issued.
  • We reserve the right to deny any replacement  if the product has been used improperly, altered, or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
